Beech Lodge Nursing Home has just opened a specialist , dedicated, High Dependency Unit. This unit offers slow stream rehabilitation to all of Munster. Following in depth research into the whole area of intensiven nursing care, proprietors James and Anne Maria Moore saw a need for rehabilitative services in the Munster Area.
In particular, Beech Lodge Nursing Home endeavours to become a service specific to the over 18's . This wing will consist of like minded people of a similar age, all working towards one goal. - Independence.
Here at Beech Lodge Nursing Home, the management have become advocates for High Dependency Care Providers throughout Ireland

The Peter Bradley Foundation, Headway Ireland and BRI Advocacy Services.
This unit boasts it's own Day Room, Dining Room, Nurse's Station, Internet Area and Mini-Gym. Our facility is 3km from the local leisure center in Charleville, which will allow our residents access to the nearby swimming pool, sauna and steam room.
Therapies available in our A.B.I. Wing include:

- Occupational Therapy
- Speech / Language Therapy
- Sessional Counselling
- Alternative Therapies
- Music Therapy
- Art Therapy
We also envisage that our A.B.I. Wing will become a stepping stone for clients that wish to progress to live independently following rehabilitation, whether in our adjacent Independent Living Units or at home.
