The health boards offer assistance with payment of private nursing home care via subvention.
Application forms are available from the Nursing Home. The Nusing Home will provide you with assistance in completing these forms.
Subvention Application can take up to 6 weeks to process, during which time medical, financial & personal assessments will be made from the HSE assigned personnel through direct contact with the Nursing Home.
