l	Can I continue to use my own GP?
	Residents may continue to see their regular GP or they may transfer their care to one of the local GP Practises who provide 24 hour medical coverage for the home. Some new residents may also wish to change to a doctor , so that they are assigned to a nearer GP and this can also be facilitated by completing a change of doctor form in the Nursing Home , at their request.
