The Retirement Village has 13 houses, adjacent to Beech Lodge Nursing Home . These houses are available for rent, lease or for sale. Services in the adjacent Beech Lodge Nursing Home are optional also, for example meals, laundry & housekeping services.
There are many differen types of funding available for these houses under different housing schemes from the county council, social welfare and social inclusion offices.
